ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide overall supervision, coordination, and participation in the delivery of patient services to include check-in, check-out, and medical records.
Train staff to be accurate and efficient on current company procedures and policies, current insurance company requirements, systems (EPM and EMR), and continuous education of staff on customer service internal and external.
Develop and implement efficient work methods and procedures for the staff, monitor and evaluate procedures to suggest operational changes, and monitor the production of the departments to ensure goals are met.
Manage the flow of patients, by coordinating, hours, and position requirements. Maintain the appropriate staff in all positions, and fill in any position when needed.
Work continually to improve patient concierge operations, quality, and efficiency.
3-5 years minimum experience in healthcare organization.
2 years minimum supervisor/management experience.
Minimum, high school diploma or general education degree.
Demonstrate a high degree of management competency; including but not limited to leadership, collaboration, negotiation, motivational and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrate excellence in communication skills- demonstrated ability to convey ideas and information, verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate a high degree of organizational and analytical skills.
Able and willing to achieve goals with tenacity, compassion.
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently or lead and perform as part of the larger team, in a fast paced environment.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspect of the job.
