Flagship Culinary Services is accepting applications for a Front of House team member to support the employee cafes for our Client, the largest social media company in the world!

This job includes tending to the front areas of your cafe, providing customer service to all Clients and guests and supporting the kitchen staff as needed. No two days are the same, and our Front of House team enjoys great perks, a set-schedule with weekends off and career advancement opportunities.

Essential Functions

  • -
Customer Service: serve as an ambassador to our customers and be the frontline representative for all customer service needs. Provide the best assistance in a courteous, fast and efficient manner, and accommodate all requests and special needs for guests and Clients
-Cleaning: inspect dining rooms and service stations for neatness and cleanliness. This includes but is not limited to bussing and setting tables, wiping down counters and tabletops, sweeping and mopping floors
-Stocking/Restocking: keep all utensils, bowls, plates and glassware fully stocked in your service area. Restock food and condiment stations while following safe food handling requirements
-Kitchen Support: prepare beverages and expedite food orders; assist the kitchen team with food preparation when needed
-Safety: maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures within set guidelines from OSHA, HACCP and Department of Public Health and Risk Management - and ensure your team is following guidelines as well
-Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

  • -Excellent customer service skills and reliability are a must
    -Ability to follow all company policies in areas of attendance, safety, sanitation and safe food handling
    -Basic problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
    -Sense of urgency and ability to work within a safe manner
