II. Essential Job Functions
Increase the occupancy and average spend of the Restaurant
Establish and maintain consistent professional relations with all guests and customers
Ensure adequate cover of the reservations office at all times
Maximize use of table inventory
Ensure consistent reporting to senior management
Ensure all guests receive a positive and professional impression of the restaurant
Report, analyze and drive business to ensure consistently busy days and services
Provide a clear communication process to all relevant parties
To arrive at work for scheduled shifts and be punctual, always following company absence, lateness procedure if unable to do so.
To provide a speedy, efficient and professional level of service at all times.
To treat company property with due care and attention.
To attend meetings / training sessions as required by the management team.
Adhering to and maintaining cleaning checklists and carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible in order to ensure that operations are always efficient and profitable as possible.
To be responsive to any guest’s request.
To inform managers of any complaints / comments / perceived issues.
All customers receive the best possible service and care (refer to “service standard”)
To have a thorough knowledge of the food and dessert menu.
Communicate any issues or ideas to the management team.
To maximize sales opportunities through good service

IV. Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
High School Diploma
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and be able to prevent and/or handle emergency situations.
A cheerful, positive attitude when working with a variety of people, and be able to work well under pressure.
Responsible, neat and clean in appearance.
Strong communication skills with supervisors and team members.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
