Job Summary:

The Grills Manager will oversee the Del Monte Grill and Spyglass Hill Grill operations. The Manager will oversee both the Grills and golf cart Food & Beverage, ensuring day to day operations operate effectively and to PBC standards. The Manager will have full P&L responsibility including monthly review with F&B Director, budget preparation and daily tracking of sales, labor, and operating costs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Hiring, training, and scheduling of staff for both operations in kitchen, grills and on carts Menu planning, execution, ordering, and quality control Inventory control

Required Skills:

Supervisory, time management, and problem solving skills Minimum of 3 years F&B experience required, preferably with quick casual dining experience Knowledge of golf is essential as understanding pace of play and pro shop concerns are an important component of this position Ability to be a self-starter, work independently and champion team work among staff Excellent communication skills Food safety, TIPS, CPR and First Aid certifications required Experience managing in restaurants or catering environments Working knowledge of grill operation necessary 3+ years of successful restaurant management Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of excel, word, F&B inventory systems F&B fundamentals knowledge Basic understanding of accounting Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to think on your feet
