Job Description

Frette, the leading provider of luxury linens to the finest hotels and homes worldwide, has an exciting full-time Sales Manager opportunity to cover the Southeast & Carribbean territory!


As a Hospitality Sales Manager you will build and develop client relationships within local communities to promote Frette products including Bedding, Bath and Accessories in the Hospitality Market. You must achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products.

Responsibilities include, not limited to:

  • Establish, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
  • Identify prospective customers using established lead methods and research sources to determine their potential.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Analyzes the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers' value to the organization.
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the ROI for the territory/segment.
  • Keeps abreast of product, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions within the assigned territory.
  • Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Experience in B2B sales, and high client service environment preferred.
  • Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and within a group.
  • Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated & entrepreneurial to meet/exceed goals.
  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
  • Heavy travel required
