Job Description

A Restaurant Stocker ensures all front-of-house restaurant supplies are ready for guests to use. A stocker is responsible for restocking items for service, facilitating transfers to and from the dishwashing station, keeping the restaurant station organized and workable during service. Reports to the Restaurant Service Leads and Restaurant Assistant General Managers.

* Stocks shelves, racks, tables and service stations with new or transferred supplies
* Polishes all glassware and silverware to be used in the dining room
* Folds napkins and makes extra place settings
* Takes inventory of merchandise and identifies items to be reordered and replenished
* Facilitates transfer of all dishware and glassware to and from the dishwashing station
* Performs other duties as required or assigned
