Job Summary
AWESOME JOB IF YOU LOVE KITCHEN / BATH DESIGN AND RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
Kitchen Design Concepts - serving Dallas, TX metroplex
Fantastic, Full-Time Position for the person who loves designing kitchens and baths; wants to see, and guide, their designs through the remodel/construction phase; and seeks working with, and contributing to, a dedicated team of talented and highly driven people. We are experiencing a significant increase in demand for our services, and therefore need to add a designer to our team.

We are a small, women owned business. There are 7 of us in various roles, working hard to deliver unbelievable kitchens and baths to our clients. We are a diverse group of people who enjoy working together. We are innovative and constantly striving to improve our processes to make our workload easier and our client's experience better. We like to have fun and frequently have team outings. Our company internal holiday parties, and any we host in partnership with our industry's association, is the best and most talked about!

Our clients tend to be professionals who want great service and expect a quality-built product in the end. They need, and expect us to be good communicators, reliable, accountable and great at what we do. Our laser focus on customer service has resulted in a reputation of delivering high quality projects, on time and on budget, and has fostered an environment where clients re-engage us for additional projects. Don't take our word for it, go read our Houzz.com reviews and you will see this theme woven throughout the 83, 5-STAR reviews.

Our work philosophy is all about achieving our brand's motto: "go from ordinary to extraordinary". On a daily basis, you will be working and communicating with our fantastic clients, our vendors and trade partners, and your team members. You will be responsible for listening to our clients, determining what is working and what is not working for them in their space, what they feel they need to improve and providing them with practical and innovative ideas.

We also believe it is important to support our industry and develop our talent. We encourage, and sponsor, participation in NKBA and NARI. Some of our team hold certifications from these associations; some participate in association programs (e.g., NKBA Thirty Under 30); some are local chapter board members; some participate on national committees; and the company is recognized as a leader in both associations. We have also received many awards locally and regionally and are even a national award winner.
