Spa Sydell has always been a pacesetter in the evolution of personal care. We are now looking to hire at our Cumming (off Highway 141) , Park Place (by Perimeter Mall) and The Forum (Peachtree Corners).

Spa Sydell is looking for individuals who are interested in supporting our company, services, and products in a Front Desk/Key Holders' position. A Front Desk/Key Holder is part of the Spa Sydell management team that is responsible for managing and directing our daily retail, product, service, series, and gift certificate goals, and focusing on exceptional customer service, and smooth daily operations . This position is part of the spa leadership track.This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities in conjunction with the entire management team:

  • Will open and close the spa and must understand and be able to perform these procedures with out supervision
  • Drive business and sales forward by reaching retail, product, service, gift certificate, and series goals
  • Ensure excellent customer service is being met by all employees
  • Working with clients to ensure their expectations are met and issues are resolved
  • Will be responsible for ensuring the desk and retail area are well stocked, cleaned, and maintained
  • Meet necessary staffing levels and scheduling for the front desk, in conjunction with the Director
  • Will help supervise and delegate responsibility to the front desk team
  • Will ensure the front desk team is performing their job functions to the best of their ability- may include front desk staff meetings
  • Ensure Spa facilities and equipment are kept up

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication, people, and customer service skills
  • Must be sales orientated and proven success with product and series sales
  • Have the ability to motivate the staff and promote an atmosphere that supports Spa Sydell's mission, values, and vision
  • Have the ability to ensure high employee morale
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed and be must be available for holidays - Valentines and Mother's Day, and the months of August and December.

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
