Spa Manager wanted for gorgeous and successful Day Spa in Soho.

Our mission is to provide a healing sanctuary in the heart of New York City's SOHO area through massage, facials, eyelash extensions and waxing treatments. This extremely rewarding role offers the chance to make a difference in the lives of others. We are rapidly growing and the potential to earn, learn and grow is unlimited.

You will be working with some of the most HARD WORKING, CARING, KIND & MOTIVATED people. You will manage a team of 20-22 staff members.

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and entrepreneurial self-starter who is looking to "love what they do and do what they love" in their work. The spa manager will take an active role in sales and marketing, ensure the spa is efficiently run and customers are always the number one priority. This is a challenging, hands-on role and an amazing opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact on the growth of the spa's business as well as positively give back to the community. The spa has been in operation since 2005.

- Continually focus on guest experience
- Ensure the spa meets the standards of cleanliness, maintenance and safety
- Grow the business. Plan, execute and track sales and marketing efforts
- Efficiently manage front desk operations and front desk staff
- Coordinate spa schedule, payroll, inventory and supply procurement
- Maximize customer retention through a continual focus on customer satisfaction
- Work with community leaders to understand needs and opportunities for service

- 2-3 years of business management, sales and/or marketing experience
- Proven leadership ability
- Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
- Computer proficiency; Spa Booker or related Online programs, Adobe Design Suite is a plus
- Enthusiasm and desire to be of service
- Be dependable, reliable and with the capacity to work independently
- Willingness to learn, collaborate and be a team player is a must.

We offer a base salary of $50,000, plus $10,000-$50,000 in commissions and sales incentives.
