Client Services Manager - MPC Advertising - New York

Our team in New York, and throughout our global network of studios, produce creative, visually stunning and technically challenging VFX and digital projects of the highest quality, and we are looking for candidates with a desire to be involved in the success of these projects.MPC is a high-end creative services studio, providing VFX, Design and Digital/Experiential creative services for the advertising, broadcast and television industries. The primary role is to form relationships with MPC clients in the studio and ensure that they receive an excellent client service experience. The Client Services Director is also responsible for client liaison, hospitality and presentation throughout the studio.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage FOH running team
  • Training runners in presentation and client services
  • Create a weekly schedule for our runners
  • Oversee the set up and breakdown of workspace and snacks in vfx & color rooms
  • Ordering/serving lunch for clients.
  • Manage kitchen and its stock (food, drinks)
  • Organize kitchen
  • Preparation of a variety of coffee/teas, and provide appetizing snack choices food office employees and clients, from a small kitchen
  • Liaise with Production for client attendance
  • Event planning for company functions - staff and client
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of company functions and events
  • Keep track of Petty Cash and Receipts
  • Knowledge of local area restaurants and menu items. - concierge style
  • Putting together client gifts and wrapping
  • Studio Design - Redesign studios 1 - 6 and budgets
  • Floral Arrangements for floors 9-7
  • Putting together menu choices for our clients - design menu's for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  • Office Supply, Housekeeping, Food/Drink, and Wine (staff and client) ordering for the entire office

- including taking inventory
Experience and Skills:

  • Related work experience in Restaurants/ Hospitality, Presentation or Entertainment industries
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated team player
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • PC and Mac proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Polished, punctual and detail oriented
  • Outgoing personality, works well under pressure
