With our hop-on/hop-off tour service, you'll have access to our "Where's My Bus" technology. As you HOP OFF & HOP ON at the various sightseeing stops, you can check your mobile phone to see the location and approximate arrival time of the next OPEN LOOP bus.

Business Objective: The main focus of this role is to initiate, develop, and manage sales relationships for the hotel concierge market, strategic resellers in NYC of OPEN LOOP Hop on Hop off tickets.
This Hotel Sales Representative will grow the concierge market and will also include other retail stores, visitor centers and other potential sales outlets in NYC.
This sales representative will be responsible for :

  • general account follow-up,
  • ticket sales discrepancies, account reconciliation,
  • account invoices,
  • resolve complaints,
  • provide account revenue activity reports
  • update accounts status/data report accordingly,
  • attend staff meetings,
  • attend networking-marketing events-which might require travel,
  • Available to work weekends.

The manager will reinforce the positive image of OPEN LOOP and build a strong revenue stream for the company.

  • BS/MS degree in sales and/or working experience in sales for tourism/hospitality industry
