Job Description

As a Concierge Professional you will offer white glove customer service while also displaying a professional and enthusiastic personality. You will assist our clientele with a wide range of services from travel planning, providing gift suggestions to product research and much more.

Qualified candidates should be comfortable in using a multitude of customer service skills to meet the wide and varied requirements of the role, and act as ambassadors to the client brand at all times. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, be highly organized and have an in-depth knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues and travel options.

Job Responsibilities:

* Consistently provide uncompromising customer service in a fast paced, structured environment

* Prioritize requests and monitor daily deliverables
* Project an approachable and professional image at all times, with adherence to companys dress code policy
* Respond to employee requests in a professional, calm, courteous, and timely manner, without exception.
* Promote meaningful relationships through engaging in informed conversation with members via face to face interaction, phone, and email.
* Perform extensive research for product comparison and information

* Participate in onsite events promoting concierge services and new initiatives
* Continuously identify ways to improve the employee experience by engaging with staff and bringing perspective on employees needs
* Assist with coordinating relationships with local vendors to promote additional onsite services for employees such as, dry cleaning and shoeshine services
* Perform local errands within a designated area near the office
* Other duties as assigned

* Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks daily and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Must have reliable transportation
* At least 3+ years of operating within a Customer Service environment providing services to the highest standard
* Luxury hotel, hospitality, travel industry, or residential or corporate concierge experience is an asset.
* Bachelors Degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
