Inside Sales Rep - Hotels

We are seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

What you will do

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an active pipeline of hotel, resort and other key real estate locations
  • Using our Netsuite CRM systems you will advance leads to prospects and manage them through the sales cycle
  • Negotiate material terms of the locations contracts and work with the Contracts team to close deals
  • Prepare and present decks for our brand clients which describes the proposed locations and economic terms; work with Swyft Account Managers to secure client approval
  • Manage RFP response process where required
  • Manage and oversee lease renewals to ensure that all locations remain under an active lease at all times
  • Collaborate closely with our SVP Travel & Lifestyle locations to develop an accurate and reliable installation forecast, which is a critical component to the company's overall financial plan.
  • Serve as an informational repository regarding sales and project status with individual customers, products and locations
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 yrs in sales in the hospitality industry, real estate sales, or ATM/kiosk placement sales experience.
  • Strong contacts within the Hotel industry a plus
  • Retail/Airport/Transit/Mall leasing experience is a plus.
  • Travel requirement: Some travel may be required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, or Netsuite CRM
  • Ability to autonomously manage a large number of accounts
