All Is Well Massage & Spa is a fast growing luxury holistic healing Spa/Wellness Clinic in Katy/Houston TX. We are seeking an energetic, sales-savvy, performance driven and energetic, experienced professional wellness spa manager with the determination and focus to continue our growth. This is a high sales driven and result position. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency. Spa Management and Massage/Spa Membership Sales Experience in Massage & Spa/Wellness Industry is a plus. & *Advanced Meevo 2 Spa POS user as a Manager is a plus ! * Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work on weekends and weeknights, holidays.

Compensation: $45000-$55000/year base pay DOP plus very competitive Sales Commission and Bonuses

Individual MUST have at least 3 years retail/hospitality service operation management experience and the ability to: think outside the box, coach the team to its maximum potential, meet frequent sales goals, motivate and push each team member to obtain top-notch performance, and coach members to increase center sales.

Responsibilities include:

- Building, motivating and leading a high-performing team that genuinely cares about the health and wellness of every member and guest.

- Leading spa staff to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals.

- Coaching sales associates, therapists, and employees on sales techniques, spa policies and procedures.

- Responsible for Spa Operation, sales, service and staffing.

- Selling Memberships is required.

* Oversee 25+ team members (Front Desk Sales Associates and Wellness Consultants)

* Ability to create Monthly, Weekly, & Daily Sales Goals

* Effectively execute goals

* ensure all team members are performing to meet the set goals.

* Manage and create associate schedules smartly

*Comfortable releasing associates

* Handling and resolving guest issues

* Required to attended or Host 1 event a month (we like to stay involved in the community, you will have plenty of resources and budget to help you with your events).

* Marketing - being proactive and creative on bringing in new guests

Skills and Requirements:

* Business Management Degree or Management Experience

- A minimum of three years of sales and direct management experience of 5+ employees in Retail Service//Fitness/Hospitality/Spa Clinic/Day Spa Management and Membership sales experience is required.

* Strong work ethic and self-motivated and disciplined

-Strong Team Building and leadership skills and ability

- Strong sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.

- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. and meet the goals and deadlines.

- Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits, and spa policies and procedures.

- Full-time position with schedule flexibility of days, nights, weekends, and holiday shifts required.
PROFICIENTLY use of computer skills and internet and social media marketing skills
-Understand HR basic rules and regulations in recruiting, hiring and termination process
