Job Description

The Client Services Manager will re-create & manage client services and hospitality services for the events and shoots business under Spring Studios. This new role will require the development the on-boaridng process for freelance staff, building the client database and designing the hospitality offering / perks for Studio clients. In addition, this person will handle all aspects of the department which include interviewing, training, scheduling, and coordinating event labor staff (Elevator attendants and greeters). This role will manage onboarding and approval of timecards for event labor staff (greeters, elevator attendants) under the supervision of the Event Producer.

Manager should have a calm and confident demeanor while implementing Spring culture. The candidate will supervise and provide high level customer service to all Spring clients and guests, which may require sitting at the front desk at times. Additionally this role acts as a part-time Venue Coordinator based on need and availability.

The Manager will collaborate with Shoots and Sales Director to create the hospitality offering. Client Services Manager must be polished and have excellent communication skills.


  • Staffing, management, training, scheduling and approving timecards for all event labor staff
  • Develop, maintain and demonstrate high standard of professional and courteous customer service
  • Build positive relationships with all clients and internal staff
  • Development of the client database & freelance staff onboarding
  • Creation of the hospitality offering
  • Facilitate and monitor on brand esthetic of Spring's FOH as it pertains to Spring Studios
  • Oversee the lost and found after jobs wrap for shoots and events


  • Client inventory control
  • Expendables and studio supply purchases
  • Update client database
  • Provide hospitality and perks for clients


  • Manage all FOH arrivals, departures and /or special requests during Spring Studios events and shoots
  • In cooperation with event production team, FOH staffing for all Spring Studios events adhering to internal approval process by finance and Head of Operations
  • Temporary employee onboarding with Atrium, timecard review and approval
  • Review EPR with Event Producers on staffing needs


  • Exudes a professional, personable and positive attitude at all times
  • Ability to maintain composure in demanding and high paced environments
  • Experience / Agency account management experience
  • Exceptional level of communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge in the event, entertainment and advertising industries
  • Posses a strong background in the hospitality business
