The Executive Banquet Chef
at the Conrad is responsible for culinary operations at the Conrad New York Downtown. This position will provide strong culinary leadership while maintaining the family values of Union Square Events. The Executive Banquet Chef
will collaborate with the Executive Chef at USE to create seasonal menus and anticipate accurate food and labor costs to ensure best business practices for Union Square Events. The Executive Banquet Chef
will collaborate with the Conrad Catering & Events team in coordinating information to develop and execute BEOs and menu presentations. Additionally, this position will serve as a liaison between the Conrad C&E Team and the Commissary Culinary Management Team, ensuring clear and consistent communication through all stages of an event cycle. The Executive Banquet Chef
will build a culture of Enlightened Hospitality while ensuring that the operation remains profitable and delivers an excellent product and service. As a valued member of our team, your compensation will include the following benefits: Salary of 100 to 105K
