Job Description

Independent Contract Assignment: Beverage Brand Booster

Assignment Objective: Drive volume and profit growth in key accounts and support sales team with retail outlet marketing/sales and merchandising tactics

Market: New York

Specific Areas
Long Island( Hamptons)

Required Duties

- Conducts retail audits to measure in-store ad and display execution. Develops individual plans to improve execution
- Work in partnership with the local sales team, distributors and retailers to develop and execute account management program
- Communicate merchandising tactics to accounts
- Pack out shelves, build and refresh displays, place POS and stock cold box
- Responsible for stocking all displays as needed
- Placing proper point-of-sale materials on main shelf, displays, coolers, and vendors
- Follow company merchandising standards
- Builds account audit calendar with direction from sales team and distributor
- Attend sales meeting and participate in route rides
- Various other duties as assigned

- Capable of presenting the brand to the sales center personnel and store owners

Required Skills:
- 2-4 Years of beverage merchandising and retail account management sales experience with an emphasis on CR experience
- College degree preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient at learning new software
- Comfortable and familiar with using a tablet, uploading photos
- Reach outlet visit goals and complete weekly routing plan consistently

Physical Demands of Job:
- Carrying and lifting 45-65 pounds
- Overhead reaching, Squatting or bending to perform various duties as assigned
- Standing and walking for periods of time to perform various duties
Assignments Dates:
March 2, 2015 - March 2, 2016 ( 1 year Contract)
Must be available on 2/12, 2/17, 2/23 - 2/27

This is an independent contractor assignment. Independent contractor understands:

- This is a contract assignment that requires Mon-Fri availability for active program weeks. There is a potential for additional days or week for final close out and administrative duties
- Assignment work week is anticipated to be at least 40-hours per
week, 5 days a week, typically Monday through Friday. This is a minimum
threshold for hours anticipated, and the contractor is expected to work the
number of hours that may be necessary to complete the job objectives and reach
weekly goals.

Assignment Compensation:
- $1,700 bi-weekly pay based on experience
- $70 mobile phone & home internet monthly stipend
- Bonus opportunities available

Contractor will be provided with:
- iPad with data service
- Branded vehicle with ez pass to be used for business purposes only
