Oversee all aspects of the group meetings with rooms and local catering. Ensure all meetings and group activities are coordinated and managed to the client's expectations. Manage function space and room block inventory to maximize profit. Ensure hotel and client fulfill contractual agreement. Create and follow best practices for Catering and Convention Services
Solicit Local Catering through prospecting, networking in the community, outside calls, and hotel sight inspections. Respond to all inbound inquiries within 2 hours via phone, formal proposals and email. Follow up on all proposals and respond to Meeting Broker and Cvent leads through IHG. Assure client satisfaction to develop and cultivate return business.
