Who We're Looking For:

We have a new and exciting opportunity at FaceGym for an experienced and dynamic leader with the proven ability to inspire, drive Studio performance and develop and coach teams to success.

The role as Senior Studio Manager will drive all operational and sales aspects of our Noho Studio, as well as support the Operations Director in overseeing the operations of our other FaceGym Studios. The ideal person for this role will have experience managing a large team, ideally over multiple locations.

With an entrepreneurial approach, as Senior Studio Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring the team, attracting the very best talent. Driving the business sales and performance, ensure the day to day running of the business is operationally sound. Whilst overseeing and supporting the FaceGym concisions and Operations Director.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to;

  • Monitor and analyse weekly / monthly / quarterly retail and service sales to ensure actual in line with forecasts across the Studios under the roles remit
  • To drive KPI's with the teams, coaching and training them to understands how to measure performance and achieve their goals
  • Strengthen Studio performance by creating consistency within each studio through personal example, supporting the Operations Director in mentoring and coaching Studio Managers, Trainers and Studio Hosts
  • Set clear expectations and build strong relationships with all team members
  • Effectively manage the team's rotas to ensure ample coverage to meet business demands
  • To have a hands-on approach to coaching and developing the teams in Studio to drive sales and customer retention
  • Recruit, on-board, and retain talent to best meet the needs of the business
  • To champion, plan and analyse new services/product launches ensuring all opportunities are being maximised in Studios
  • Enforce Company policies, procedures and operational standards in Studios
  • Manage inventory across the Studios under the roles remit, to ensure a smooth-running business allowing ability to maximise sales performance
  • Manage individual performance and behaviours in line with the Company disciplinary procedure
  • To work closely with the National Training Manager to ensure Education support is strategic and effective across the Studios to develop the talent and capabilities of the team
  • Oversee the performance and management of all employees in Studios
  • Drive sales through developing teams and providing exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to inspire, coach and develop a team of Trainers and Studio Hosts to take responsibility of the business
  • Ability to work independently to prioritise and achieve results

Job Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience as a Manager within the Beauty, Spa, Wellness industry
  • Experience managing medium size to large teams, ideally across different locations
  • Proven track record is driving business performance and sales
  • Entrepreneurial approach to running an effective business
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong sales experience, with the ability to train and motivate teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong numeric skills and ability to interpret business data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
