Job Description: Gloss and Glam is seeking an experienced Client Manager in the New York City area to manage and develop external partnerships with luxury hotel chains. The Client Manager will serve as the main point of contact for key hotel accounts to maximize revenue and profit opportunities, while aiming to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. He/she is also responsible for managing client relationships, developing account plans, and delivering proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare communication plans to keep clients up to date with developments and growth within the company.
  • Build dependent relationships with key accounts to maintain their loyalty to our services over the long term.
  • Work to customize services tailored to client needs.
  • Client acquisition and retention.

Expectations:

  • 5+ years experience in hospitality, client management, or related field.
  • History of developing innovative processes to exceed performance metrics and financial goals.
  • High level of energy, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must live in proximity to, or relocate to NYC.
  • A clear understanding of the beauty and/or hospitality industry.
  • Experience working in a startup is a plus, but not required.
  • Value startup experience and growth potential over salary and stability.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
