Job Description: Gloss and Glam is seeking an experienced Client Manager in the New York City area to manage and develop external partnerships with luxury hotel chains. The Client Manager will serve as the main point of contact for key hotel accounts to maximize revenue and profit opportunities, while aiming to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. He/she is also responsible for managing client relationships, developing account plans, and delivering proposals.
