  • 3+ year experience in the food service industry, Degree in Business Management, or Hospitality Management
  • Management Food Handler Certificate
  • Must have the stamina to work up to 60 hours per week
  • Must be able to work long, busy days on your feet and available day, night, and weekend
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Have excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Strong leaderships qualities
  • Familiar with Google Docs, Google Drive, OneDrive, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Complete understand of restaurant financials
  • Experience with quality control, adherence to recipes specifications and sanitation procedures
  • Experience in hiring, developing and maintain staffing both hourly and management
  • Experience with sales building and local store marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently conducts interviews to ensure proper staffing
  • Scheduling, maintain timekeeping, create and adjust team members schedules to meet store needs
  • Train and coach a team of 20+ part and full time team members
  • Attend upper management meetings, willing to travel
  • Manage weekly budgets, inventory and orders from multiple vendors
  • Monitor team members productivity and providing constructive feedback
  • Ensures a trained team is maintained through effective use of team member orientation, individual training sessions, team member meetings and implementation of Company training programs
  • Recognize team members behavior to promotes personal growth and career development
  • Analyzes operational problems, such as theft and wastage
  • Achieves companies objectives - sales, service, quality, appearance of the shop; sanitation and cleanliness
  • Creates a positive and productive environment
  • Ensures all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
  • Understands company policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve short and long term problems for the store
  • Manages Payroll & weekly cash deposits
  • Solid Problem solving abilities demonstrated by an ability to maintain, modify (if necessary) and utilize company systems and tools to provide consistent execution
