Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage innovative and integrated marketing strategies, programs, events and experiences based on a deep understanding of the hospitality segment
  • Create deliverables and present findings to leadership
  • Coordinating and managing all creative assets (social media, newsletter, website, etc.) through graphic design, photoshoots, and other means by creating or delegating accordingly
  • Drive communications around design initiatives, including product and category launches
  • Create and implement marketing strategies and materials that build and raise brand recognition
  • Perform value-added analyses to evaluate quarterly marketing plan
  • Conduct market research, track and compile industry trends and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage quarterly budget
  • Responsible for oversight of any print collaterals, materials, advertisements, and content photography
  • Partners closely with leadership, sales and product teams to drive the right go-to-market strategy
  • Manage timelines to ensure actions are completed and deliverables are met for events, product launches, as well as internal departments


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3- 5 years' experience in marketing/brand management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms
