- Train and lead line cooks in their everyday duties

- Ensure restaurant is ready and up to par with all Health Code requirements

- Efficient work in a fast paced high volume environment

- Attention to detail, organizational, and strong leadership in the kitchen

- Manage the food quality execution

- Food costs, and inventory regulation


- 3-years Restaurant Experience with stable work history

- ServeSafe license

-Management Foodhandlers certification

- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds

- Ability to work on your feet through an entire shift on your feet

- Must speak English fluently, and ability to speak Spanish a plus
