Zenith Home Corp. (ZHC) is a market leader in consumer products. Our products can be found online and in all major retail stores (such as Walmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Lowes and Home Depot) as well as Pro / MRO, builders and installer businesses and Hospitality. We are looking for a Hospitality Specialist to join us and help support the growth of our Hospitality business under the ZENNA HOSPITALITY division.

The ideal Hospitality Specialist candidate is someone who is excited to learn about the Hospitality business and to engage directly with hotel and buying team partners while working cross functionally with internal departments to assist in the growth in this business segment. This position will assist with the processes and procedures to meet the needs of the Hospitality team. Organization and ability to multi-task in this fast-paced business segment is critical for success.

Essential Functions and Abilities:

  • Key member of Zenna Hospitality division responsible for the cross functional communication and organization of the department
  • ERP and CRM data entry and maintenance
  • Quote generation freight costs including an understanding of incoterms
  • Strong Excel knowledge to assist hospitality sales management on compiling industry data or leads to enter into the CRM
  • Build relationships with customers and internal team
  • Prepare samples and spec kits for customer requests, meetings, trade shows and lunch & learns
  • Power Point knowledge to create sales related presentations.
  • Assist with customer needs and troubleshooting (including but not limited to: order inquiries/problems, customer product database updates, shipping problems/questions and updates, etc.)
  • Serve as primary internal communication liaison between Customers and Sales to Operations, Accounting, etc. regarding customer needs, requirements and preferences
  • Assist Finance/Accounting with questions/research regarding overdue accounts
  • Ability to travel periodically for trade shows and meetings
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) would be a plus

Education and Experience Profile:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience with hospitality and service industries required
