On 7.3 acres of land adjacent to Ala Moana Center, Park Lane Ala Moana is a collection of gracious, elegantly appointed estate homes in the heart of Honolulu. The result is more than seven expansive acres of private estate homes situated in lush, tropical environs extending from the ocean (makai) to the mountains (mauka). In anticipation of servicing our homeowners, we are currently seeking qualified applicants who possess a sincere desire to serve in a capacity of superior professionalism, energized with positivity and ready to create an ideal lifestyle for our residents.
Display solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks. Safely perform highly complex repairs of the physical property, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment, air conditioners, refrigeration and pool heaters - ensuring all methods, materials and practices meet company standards and Local and National codes - with little or no supervision. Perform routine inspections of the entire property, noting safety hazards, lack of illumination, down equipment (such as ice makers, fans, extractors, pumps), and take immediate corrective action. Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains. Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings. Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air to detect and locate leaks. Repair leaky spigots and faucets. Install and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures. Clean pump strainers, sand filters, clean/change cartridge filters, dump and fresh fill Jacuzzis and hot tubs as required. Mix and calibrate chemicals as per certified pool operator standards. Perform minor routine maintenance on property vehicles (i.e., electric carts, Kubota ATV) including checking oil, fluid levels, tire pressure/wear, charging batteries, and replacing spark plugs.
