Come for the food and stay for our awesome bar, dining room, and amazing patio you will want to enjoy with your family and friends.Position Summary:The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant. The AGM is also responsible for organizing team member positions throughout the day and delegating tasks, and assisting with administrative responsibilities. A successful AGM will have impeccable guest service skills and ability to problem solve both guest and team member issues. The AGM will exemplify the Company's Core Values through your daily interactions with guest, team members, and the community. Essential Duties & Responsibilities, the essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Assisting the General Manager in any tasks requestedEffective problem solvingDelivering exceptions guest service to every guestMotivate and energize team members to perform at a high levelWillingness to work a flexible schedule and regularly assist in covering shiftsDoing daily numbers and bank deposits when necessaryAssisting to organize daily shifts, breaks, and positionsAssisting with the training of new servers, hosts, runners, expos, bartendersAssist with ordering and administrative work as neededDelivering food and items ordered by guests without delay, at the desired temperature and in a highly presentable mannerArranging the various food items properly on the table as per the seating planClearing tablesProviding friendly, gracious, motivated, detail oriented, and responsive service to create a memorable dining experience for guestsPerforming cleaning side work as assignedSupporting co-workers in other duties as requiredPerforming other work-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):At least 3 years of supervisor experience in a full service restaurant requiredHigh energy, outgoing and exemplifies positive energy vibe and energyAbility to stay calm and work efficiently under pressureAbility to prioritize job duties and manage time effectivelyExceptional leadership skillsStrong verbal communication skills requiredPunctualWillingness to work evenings, weekends and a flexible schedule as requiredExcellent guest service to treat patrons like familyThe ability to read menus, safety documents, etc.The ability to use the company's POS systemCash HandlingExemplary guest serviceLeads through exampleHe/She is "down to earth"...but can also "get down to business"
