Job Description

GENERAL MANAGER

Operations

  • Knows all ordering and can develop and adjust par levels
  • Handle issues and establish relationships with vendors
  • Manage ordering of product, maintain appropriate Inventory levels.
  • Manage staff to the store's volume
  • ServSafe Certified

Leadership

  • Takes full ownership of store
  • Responsibility to have all issues handled at store level
  • Ability to connect with all employees
  • Receive and address feedback from Market Leader, Owner, Corporate in a timely manner
  • Approximately 80% of hours worked are on front line, directing employees
  • Minimum 45 hours per week
  • Average work week …7 lunch/dinner shifts a week
  • 1 Closing shift a week or as required based on staffing, training
  • Invested in the brand
  • Having a vision and awareness of what needs to be done to maintain that vision
