The bakery was our origin story. It started with cakes or pies-at our best, they are focal points inspired by generation bakers (grandmom) and became the touchstone of our gathering place. Our cafe, thriving (all through COVID), became a way to improve the quality of life for friends, neighbors, and families in the

Huntington and Richboro community over the past nine years. We envisioned a welcoming space seen in our interior design, created outdoor seating, and our menu offers good-for-you food and drink options we feel good about too. Also, we have a relaxed counter-serve offering coffee drinks, desserts, classic breakfast items & all-day lunch/dinner eats.


  • Full-time position, 50-60 hr work week on average
  • Need to be flexible with hours and work days, including working weekends
  • Manage + keep track of bread, produce, dry stock, and paper goods orders and inventory
  • Unparalleled communication and leadership skills to hold employees accountable and help them grow
  • Food safety certified
  • Familiarity with cooking on the line + kitchen + managing practices
  • Assist with training incoming employees
  • Assist with monthly specials
  • Creating + managing BOH employee schedules on When I Work
  • Ability to use platforms: asana, trainual, when I work, google suite, and heartland guest
  • Manage current and incoming catering orders, and oversee process to completion
  • Manage prep inventory, create prep lists and priority lists
  • Manage all BOH employees, and ensure all employees are working at all times by having a list of tasks dedicated to each grouping of employees
  • Manage all employee breaks, ensuring all are complete in a timely manner
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the kitchen, making sure cleaning and sanitizing procedures are being followed
  • Ability to work under high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Adaptability and multitasking capabilities
  • Expoing + running the main board in the kitchen, ensuring all customers receive their correct order in a timely fashion
  • Attend and lead portions of various Be Well employee meetings
  • Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience
