Job Description

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Specialist in Mesa, AZ.

  • Leads first-time quality initiatives and monitors integration files, reviews/corrects data discrepancies, and leads corrections and reconciliation efforts to ensure efficient and accurate data transmission
  • Provide data resolution support to outsourced retirement administration vendor, as well as internal customers, on complicated and diverse projects and change orders
  • Manage internal and external system access for internal and external users and administer regular audits to ensure proper security protocols are followed
  • Provides proactive analysis and recommends solutions to quality issues utilizing inductive and deductive reasoning
  • Partners with cross-functional resources in order to provide timely and accurate resolutions to requests
  • Supports flexible hours in order to satisfy customer needs when necessary

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Proficient in Excel and able to create and use VLookup, pivot tables, and create/edit complicated formulas
  • 3+ years experience in data management for retirement benefit programs, working for plan sponsor or outsourced benefits administrator and managing PII data
  • 2+ years retirement plan administrative support experience, including responsibility for daily interaction with outsourced benefits vendors and internal stakeholders and error identification and remediation
  • Willingness to work variable shifts; including days, evenings, nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System
  • 1+ years of experience with the HRMS HR Management System
  • Experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
Typical Education & Experience:
  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
