Market Hall Caterers, part of the renowned Market Hall Foods family, is seeking an experienced to join our catering kitchen team at our College Ave location in the Rockridge (right next to the BART station).Primarily this position is responsible for the final stages of food preparation and display, including assembling beautiful platters, salads, sandwiches, and many other kinds of food. Produce dips, sauces specialty entrees and more.Sometimes you will be making deliveries to our local clients, so it's required that you have a valid, clean driver's license.You must be physically capable of handling food, beverages and equipment being transported at every step of the process from kitchen to van to the client's location.You will be dealing directly with clients so must be personable, polite, professional and able to quickly assess what is needed to set up your deliveries, solve on the spot problems, and communicate effectively.You must be a team player, able to hustle and handle stress.Most shifts are from early morning to early afternoon. We are open every day. Must be able to work weekends.Hourly pay depends on experience.
