Job Description


Oversees the operations of the hotel, particularly the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments, with a
self-directed, proactive approach. Emphasis is on ensuring outstanding guest service, employee engagement, as well as
bottom line results.


  • -Previous hotel supervisory experience.
    -Ability to communicate clearly and respond promptly.
    -Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast paced environment.
    -Ability to handle any emergency.

  • -Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the hotel, including, but not limited to, those
    contained in the employee handbook. Maintain all hotel and brand standards by direct supervision of Front Desk and
    the Food & Beverage outlet.
    -Varied work hours required, including weekends and holidays
    -Train, mentor, motivate and empower employees to improve morale and performance.
    -Assist the General Manager in resolving guest complaints
    -Provide regular performance feedback to employees through both formal appraisals and informal methods. Discipline employees fairly and effectively.
    -Develop strategies to improve the business and team performance
    -Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the hotel, including but not limited to, those
    contained in the handbook
    -Assist the General Manager with any project assigned
    -Meet with all department heads/managers to ensure departments run smoothly and efficiently
