Bistro Jeanty, in Yountville, seeks a full-time candidate for an Expeditor/Line Cook position. Qualified individual must have 3 years experince in a fine dining establishment.Applicant must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced kitchen, with a commitment to teamwork, quality, & consistency. Must have good knife skills and be able to work well with others. Spanish language proficiency a requirement.This position requires availability to work nights (2pm to close) & weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun), as well as holidays. Compensation is up to $32 per hour, DOE.
