Responsibilities include:Grilling large quantities of meat on a daily basisFollowing proper recipes and proceduresPrep and production for daily serviceSetting up, organizing, cleaning & sanitizing stations and the kitchenAbility to lift 45 lbs and stand for long periods of time Candidates should possess experience in safe and sanitary food handling and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are expected to work in an organized manner to ensure efficient completion of daily production. Must have the ability to read and accurately follow recipes, daily menus and direction from management. Must have good knife skills. ServeSafe Certification is a plus!We are looking for reliable people that have a great attitude, work well as part of a team, and have the ability to communicate well with co-workers.
