Restaurant General Manager needed for a high-volume destination restaurant that offers both a la carte dining and special events.We offer a unique, upscale dining experience and are looking for a Restaurant General Manager who can pull it all together and create amazing guest experiences. We have a large a la carte dining room, adjacent view patio, bar, and extensive indoor and outdoor event spaces. Restaurant General Manager Requirements:Experience as GM managing a large venue with a la carte dining room and multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces, including quality, customer service, cost controls, and staffingAt least 5 years experience as the leader of a high-volume restaurant with special eventsVolume experience of at least $6M and banquet management experience of at least $4MWell-connected in the LA area to attract talent and aid in marketingP managementExceptional ability to develop your teamGood with technology for inventory, ordering, scheduling, menu development, and general communicationRestaurant General Manager Benefits:All-in compensation in the $80, 000 to $85, 000 rangeAnnual bonus potential up to 20%Excellent benefits
