Location : San Mateo, California, 94403

Job type: Temporary, Contract, Entry Level

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr and hourly overtime rate for shifts beyond 8 hours
Bonus: $25.00 welcome bonus (applicable to those working their first event with ATN)

ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic event support staff for a large annual software leaders business conference event. The event will be taking place outdoors in open air tents.

Dates: September 26th – 29th
**You are not required to work all days**
Shifts: Day time shifts averaging 9-10 hours long and almost all shifts end by 6:30pm.
**Exact shift options will be released for your review prior to booking commitment**


  • Must be well-spoken, friendly and possess exceptional customer service skills

  • This event requires staff and attendees to provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and onsite COVID testing will take place upon entry

We will pay you for your staff referrals!
You will receive a $50.00 referral payment for EACH qualified referral that works. Earn an additional $100.00 bonus for every 5 referrals. You are not required to work this event in order to submit referrals and earn the bonus.

Duties will include one of more of the following

  • Welcome guests to the venue and distribute information

  • Assist with registration and check-in

  • Gift bag assembly and distribution

  • Room organization and monitoring

  • Provide directional support and line management

  • General event help as needed
