-Handle, order and organize all inventories required by Mini Bar, including inventory of expiration dates and FIFO rotation of all stock
-Consistently replace minibar items in guest rooms per consumption
-To observe and maintain daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment related to minibar operation
-Maintain full understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items on minibar menu
-Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests whenever possible; assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc
-Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the mini-bar storage areas.
-Be familiar with all standards of performance excellence and adhere to these standards throughout our guests' experience
-Pick-up trays and clean tables as needed to ensure cleanliness. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
-Complete closing duties, including restocking items, cleaning as needed, etc
-Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;
-Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications
-Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
-Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
-Support all Colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect
-Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
-Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds.
-Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print).
-Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
-Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
