Job Description

The enterprise-wide Program Management Office's (EPMO) purpose is to drive maximized returns on Inspire Brands' cash spend through project governance, strategic priority alignment, leadership and analysis. This role supports EPMO's purpose through partnering with project owners, evaluating brand and Inspire-level projects in the pipeline, and on-boarding and tracking approved projects. Primary support is around Operations Innovation, Restaurant Workforce Model, and OneInspire projects.RESPONSIBILITIESPartner closely with Operations Innovation and Facilities teams to support the development and success of strategic projects.Assist in business case development to support project prioritization. This includes coordination with cross functional teams, evaluation of data & facts, and building financial decision-making support (DCF, IRR, NPV, ROI).Support accurate and timely reporting and analysis activities related to individual projects and project portfolios.Track and report progress towards value creation synergy opportunities in collaboration with initiative owners, Corporate FP, Brand FP and IMO on a monthly basis.Support the execution of the annual strategic planning process and quarterly forecasts, including coordination with IT, Operations Innovation, Facilities, Brand Leadership, Finance and Accounting.Understand and assist in enterprise-wide continuous education on the EPMO Stage Gate process.Support the accurate and timely preparation of leadership presentations.Assists in the continued effort to progress communication across EPMO and the enterprise.Support project management tools to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the EPMO.Prepare various "ad-hoc" analyses as requested by management.EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONSRequired: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, industrial engineering, economics, strategy, or a related business field.Preferred: Graduate degreeEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONRequired: 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience including business strategy, project management, financial / project analysis and / or FP experience.Preferred: Restaurant/retail experience.Strongly preferred: Prior project management, and / or FP experience.Strongly preferred: Experience with Business Intelligence analysis and presentation tools, including Tableau, Power BI and SharePoint.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIESFocus on accuracy and strong attention to detail.Strong communication skills and experience working in a matrix organization.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Knowledge of project management tools.Understanding and working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and analysis.Sound knowledge of accounting and accounting principles.Strong finance, project / capital assessment, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to operate with competing priorities, often with considerable time constraints.Highly preferred: Experience with Business Intelligence analysis and presentation tools, including Tableau, Power BI and SharePointInspire Brands is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes nearly 32,000 Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's, Rusty Taco and SONIC Drive-In restaurants worldwide.We're made up of some of the world's most iconic restaurant brands, but we're much more than just a restaurant company.
