This position will manage the Restaurant Technology PMO Portfolio and be heavily involved in the delivery of brand technology platforms and systems.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the IT PMO Restaurant Technology Portfolio (i.e. Arby's, BWW, Rusty Taco, Sonic, Jimmy John's, Dunkin' etc.)Directly Manage a team of Program /Project Managers responsible for executing projects within the portfolioEnsure portfolio financials align with planned budget and value targetsBe a "Servant Leader", manage, mentor, coach, and hold IT PMO resources accountableManage INSPIRE Executive Leadership Restaurant Technology Portfolio alignments and deliveryRecommend and implement process enhancements to improve IT PMO organizational maturityUnderstand full IT PMO portfolio and define, as well as, monitor project inter-dependenciesEDUCATION QUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or related field required and/ or equivalent experiencePMP certified - preferredCSM or SAFe certified - preferredMBA - preferredEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONThe ideal candidate has first-hand, diverse experience acquired in multiple environments, including Restaurant Tech., Consulting, System Integrations, M, and Ent. Applications Implementations5 plus years of direct Enterprise Application Implementation experienceExperience with enterprise financial and HR systems (i.e. Oracle, Workday, Back-office systems).Experience motivating and mentoring staff and team members to change how they envisage and deliver their workExperience interacting with executive project sponsors, business subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders for large organizational projects.
