This position reports to the President.ResponsibilitiesRoll up your sleeves with internal departments to understand business needs and friction points and proactively partner to deploy technology to alleviate these problems Develop new relationships and manage existing relationships with technology vendors across departments and functional areasManage and support HRIS, ERP, POS, Web, App, and Online ordering systems and their integrations and developmentCoordinate the IT setup for new restaurant openingsManage restaurant and corporate IT and help desk supportRequired Qualifications/Qualities:BA/BS degree3+ years of experienceDeep passion for food Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, "get it done" environmentHighly organized and willing to learn, be curious, and open to new challengesAbility to work at both strategic and tactical levels - a hands-on, team playerOutstanding attention to detail from start to finishGood judgment, versatility, flexibility, and a strong work ethicSkills:Restaurant Point of Sale systems and hardware (BrinkPOS)Network design and managementAsana, Microsoft suite, GSuiteJavascript/JQueryHTML/CSSWhat to Expect:Start-up vibeHustleConstant evolutionGood peopleObsessionRisk.
