Job summary -
To set up and serve food and beverage orders according to set standards and procedures as well as performing necessary side work for the room service station. To deliver food and beverage service to the pool area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
- Set up orders (table or trays) according to standards. Deliver them to guest on time.
- Keep hotel floors clean. Pick up all trays and tables found in the guest hallways.
- Able to grasp daily menu specials, as well as the menus as a whole. Able to suggest to guest menu items.
- Be very helpful towards guests, making sure all their needs and wants are met.
- Keep a tidy appearance.
- Follow directions and carry out delegated duties.
