We will have all the modern kitchen tools and gadgets to play with (including sous-vide, Cvap, paco-jet, charcuterie, dry aging and large smoke house facilities). The position reports to the executive chef and executive sous chef.

The ideal candidate must be graduate of a reputed culinary program and have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience at a top notch club, hotel, resort or restaurant. Strong work ethics, culinary passion, dedication to fine art of cooking and exemplary people management skills are a must.

•Prior 3 to 4 years prior experience as a chef or sous chef at a top quality fine restaurant, club or hotel.
•Prior city or country club experience is preferred but not required.
•Formal culinary school or apprenticeship education required.
•Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
•Strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
