Job Description

We are looking to expand our team at Sabine, on Ballard Ave.

We are a café rooted in great coffee while serving a breakfast/lunch menu influenced by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines.

Currently we are hiring a talented and experienced baker/pastry cook with our kitchen team.

We are looking for a person who inherently possess a positive outlook in life. Those who value respect and show compassion towards others, who have integrity, a passion for hospitality, and a bit of grit are encouraged to apply!

Our team will work very closely together, we will support each other, and we will hold each other accountable in all aspects. There are a lot of moving pieces in this concept, so we are looking for people who are ready to jump in, don't mind multi-tasking, and are excited to be part of something unique!

  • Experienced baker/pastry cook
  • Morning & Day Shifts Available
  • Full Time, Open Availability Preferred starting around 30 hours a week. will progress to more as we open more.
  • Starting hourly wage for kitchen positions - based on experience
  • All hourly positions share tips and are part of a mandatory tip pool
  • Providing exceptional hospitality and service, always.
  • Focus on encouraging and cultivating the "regular" guest
  • Working as a team - "It's everyone's job!"
