Franchise Business Coach:

We have grown exponentially over the last couple of years and need an experienced and motivated Franchise Business Coach to support both corporate and franchise operations in the South East Territory. This position will report directly to the company's Director of Operations.

This is a full-time salaried position with our fast-growing company. We have cultivated a professional, but friendly atmosphere where respect and communication are highly valued

What You Will Do:

  • Partners with the District Managers in their territories to aid in Manager and Team Member development while providing feedback to the District Manager and leadership team on operations & standards
  • Leads training for New Store Openings including pre-opening set-up and training, promotional service periods, budget adherence, and post-opening support plans
  • Sets an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in the performance of all phases of store operations and administrative duties
  • Coordinates with the leadership team in the implementation and validation of new rollouts
  • Partners with store level and regional level management to support and provide feedback on all facets of the business including an understanding of P&L's and financial goals, people management, vendor management, company culture, customer service, and in-store operations.
  • Provides leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment to company objectives
  • Performs Store Operations and Brand Compliance Audits as needed by the Operations and Training departments
  • Provides ongoing support and coaching for franchisees on store operations, new implementations, and marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with Pokeworks franchise standards
  • Assists the Training and Operations team in creating new tools and materials as needed
  • Takes a collaborative team approach towards aiding each department in Pokeworks initiatives
  • Professionally represents the Pokeworks brand and its core values to Corporate and Franchise partners

Qualities and Skills You Will Need:

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of restaurant operations with a proven track record of success
  • Experience with multi-unit operations or training
  • Previous experience working in Sales and Franchising
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge with MS Office Suite
  • Strong leadership and assessment skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
