Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to work at our client's San Francisco, CA location. Position will work remotely until further notice.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading online food ordering and delivery service headquartered in San Francisco, CA. Position is a 6-month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate.
Job Title: Account Coordinator
Pay: $28.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service for our restaurant partners and will and leverage restaurant feedback to contribute to the development of the Account Management program. Manage day-to-day communication with portfolio of partnerships. Respond to inbound restaurant support issues and inquiries professionally and compassionately. Assist in ongoing technical setup and account changes, while ensuring tools and resources are best utilized and well understood by our restaurant partners. Provide ongoing education to restaurants on our product and features. Execute on distribution of scaled and personal email communications to restaurants. Analyze and report trends from restaurant feedback, to contribute to process and service improvements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least one year of professional work experience in support, sales, vendor management or account manage
Personable, highly organized, and patient approach to communication and issue resolution
Operational and analytical aptitude
Self-motivation and drive to exceed expectations
