New upscale local SuperFood cafe and juice bar seeking enthusiastic, hard working and driven Manager that has an interest in the health and wellness market as well as growing with a start up. We are seeking someone knowledgeable (with the desire and open-mindedness to learn more), reliable and passionate. Training to begin immediately.
WELLth is an organic boutique cafe offering on the go health products. WELLth specializes in organic-cold pressed juices, superfood smoothies, protein shakes and carefully crafted hot tonics, as well as offering a full service premium coffee and tea bar.

We are looking for FULL-TIME / Work at the shop 6 days a week
Starting salary $45-50K
Highly communicative - this is KEY to this role as you will need to speak with upper management each shift.
Have high attention to detail - consistent in quality checks, accurate reporting, scheduling, deliveries, etc.
Highly organized & clean - oversee the overall cleanliness of the store and quality of the produce.
Able to ask questions and for help when needed.
Understand how to work Excel, Dropbox, and Gmail.
Diligent in tracking correct inventory to report to upper management in order to cut costs and increase revenue.
Job details/daily duties/expectations:
Recruiting, hiring, training and terminating employees at commissary kitchen and retail outlets
Scheduling employees for all positions and filling in for employees when they
fail to show up for work in accordance with work schedules
Manage or supervise daily close outs of retail operations
Oversee staff by ensuring inventory, temperature, & health department logs are completed each shift
Thorough tracking of client cleanse packages & on-time order deliveries
Daily produce quality checks
Set and attain monthly sales goals
Ordering of all inventory/supplies/produce
Payroll/managing employee hours
Keeping production/inventory/sales/ and health department daily logs
Manage all third party applications (Doordash)
Coordinate, supervise and manage all online orders
