$1000 Sign on Bonus!

Ultreia is looking for Front of House Managers who are smart, positive and energetic with a true passion for hospitality. We use RSI, Aloha, and OpenTable so knowledge in those systems is a plus, but not required. We are looking for a few positions to expand our growing group! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Candidates must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of management experience, in a similar setting and sales volume level. Qualified applicants are exceptionally hardworking and knowledgeable with a passion for a positive restaurant culture. All candidates must be professional, hospitable, career oriented and a positive driven leader. Attributes of this person should also include integrity, leading by example and solution focused problem solving. Our staff consists of true hospitality professionals focused on delivering a memorable dining experience.

Additional skills and knowledge in these areas listed below, are preferred:

  • Understanding of RSI and ALOHA
  • Coursing and Wine/Food Pairings
  • Coaching/Mentoring staff
  • Career driven, with ambitions to grow within the company
  • Ability to write schedules
  • Understanding of multiple departments in the FOH
  • Management of beverage program; including ordering, inventory, staff training, and wine list placements. Also, the ability to work with bartenders to create new drinks for our seasonally changing cocktail menu.
  • Enjoy collaboration with the management team in order to improve systems and problem solve

Salary: $45,000-$55,000
