Job Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining quality of food service operations
- Maintaining systems and procedures
- Maintaining equipment and cleaning schedules
- Adhering to recipes, line builds, and cooking procedures
- Working in prep, expo, or line positions
- Following all food safety and safety regulations
- Evaluating current practices and processes; immediately recognizing potential areas of conflict; and initiating ways to improve current business methods; quality of products and services provided.
- One year minimum in a high volume kitchen
- Team player with a can do attitude
- Stable job tenures
- Food safety/Food handlers certifications
- Willing to work weekends
