Job Description

Loro Dallas will be hosting hiring events where members of the management and chef teams will be available to interview in a one-on-one setting. We are looking to find the perfect fit for a variety of positions such as service assistants, bartenders, dishwashers, prep cooks, line cooks, and BBQ pit team members. We ask that candidates come prepared with a resume and enough time to potentially have multiple interviews with different managers and chefs. Ideal candidates will be self-motivators with a passion for hospitality who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.

Event 3: June 1 - June 4 11am - 3:30pm at Uchiba, 2817 Maple Ave Floor 2, Dallas, TX 75201

Due to local health recommendations, we do require any person in the building to wear a proper face mask or covering.

Loro, an Asian smokehouse and bar brought to you by award-winning chefs Tyson Cole and Aaron Franklin, is opening a second location in Dallas, Texas.
