Now Hiring: Operations Supervisor
We are looking for associates and Leaders that have a passion to serve others! Working in operations you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests at the front desk and housekeeping. you are the one that brings this group to a cohesive team focused on providing our guests excellent service while maintaining all brand standards and Concord standards. Role Responsibilities:
Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures.
Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
Take reservation requests efficiently.
Monitor room availability and offer AGM and GM assistance in yield management and restrictions.
Block rooms and handles special requests.
Inspect guest rooms and and public areas on a daily basis to ensure standards of cleanliness.
Ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guests needs.
Know how to clean guest rooms to standards.
Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
Handle & Resolve any guests or systems related complaints or problems.
Follow up on lost and found inquires.
Oversee breakfast, laundry, housekeeping, and front desk associates.
Communicate with incoming staff and management by logging pertinent information in the pass on log.
Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures

Hourly Rate Range: $15-17/hourly based on experience.
