Mozart's is looking for an energetic, uniquely talented creative specialist to support our amazing production team dedicated to excellence in Bakery, Patisserie, and now Chocolatier work. You will work directly with the ownership team to proactively enhance, innovate, and role out menu items for our rapidly expanding e-commerce, Cafe, gift, corporate, and event business. We carry a wide variety of savory and sweet pastries together with bespoke gift items that marry our confluence of Bakery, Dessert, Coffee, and Chocolate foundations. The candidate will learn their spot in the balance between creative arts execution and the demands of an extremely high-volume business where creating, excelling, and delivering high-quality excellence at scale presents "unique" challenges. This is an hourly position initially with the opportunity to become salary within a short period of time.
Product design, execution, and production experience must include but not be limited to:
- Dough, (laminated, sweet, and savory), fruit, compotes, torte, cheesecake, choux pastry, butter pastry, chocolate tempering, molding and design, savory menu items including but not limited to savory pies, artisan bread, proteins, quiche, tacos, ...
Full Time. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Culinary Degree or 6+ years experience required
$60K Salary + Bonus + Profit Sharing from Bakery as a Business Unit
